By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Inno Print Farm website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Inno Print Farm provides on-demand 3D printing. You may upload 3D model files (e.g. STL), select materials and options, receive quotes, and place orders for printed parts. Quotes and prices are estimates until confirmed; we reserve the right to adjust pricing if file or requirements differ from the initial submission.
3. Your account and use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and shipping information. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others’ intellectual property, or to upload harmful or inappropriate content.
4. Orders, payment, and cancellation
Orders are binding once payment is completed. Payment is due as indicated at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g. for technical limitations, prohibited content, or fraud). Refunds are subject to our refund policy as communicated at the time of purchase or in separate communications.
5. Intellectual property and files
You retain ownership of the files you upload. By submitting files, you grant us a license to use, store, and process them solely to provide the Service (e.g. to produce and ship your order). You represent that you have the right to use and reproduce the designs you submit.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inno Print Farm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service or an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
